Strong leaders encourage and engage in cooperation with the people they deal with on a daily basis. They are well-liked and respected by others and leave people with a good feeling after they have had an encounter with them To be successful in business in this new milennium of UnMarketing, learn and develop the skills necessary for strong leadership. So, the question is, are you going to be satisfied with being a follower, or are you willing to do what it takes to be a leader?
