Whole Foods doesn't allow shoppers to take photographs or video inside of their stores. This means they are missing out on some of the best word of mouth advertising going these days - viral marketing. If you encourage your clients to spread the word about you and your business, in any way that is comfortable for them, they will become raving web 2.0 fans.
