Internet Marketing Or Offline Businesses - How Many Hats Do You Wear?
How many hats do you wear in your small business? Whether you are marketing entirely on the internet, or have an offline business, most likely you are the one who does it all.
In my business, Ebook Writing and Marketing, I wear all of the hats. Copywriting, blogging, article writing and marketing, teleseminars, Google Adwords, customer service, product creation, billing and more, are all my responsibility. I do have a virtual assistant who is handling some of the back-end for me, but basically I am the one who runs the day to day operations.
Is this a good idea? In the beginning it is important for you to know and understand every aspect of your small business. Afetr a year or so, begin to find reliable and competent people to outsourse some of the work. This will free up your time to do what you do best, while also giving you time to relax and think creatively about where you want your business to go in the future.
