Client Care - Are You Taking Care Of Your Customers And Clients?

Do you take the time to connect with each of your clients in a personal way? Working online and having an internet business does not mean that it will all work automatically. Even though you put systems into place to automate the entire process of selling your products and services, the real success will come when you are willing to make it more personal.

During the past year I made many online purchases. It was interesting to see the contrast between the people who understand marketing and relationships and those who do not. This can mean the difference between success and failure on the internet.

In one case, I purchased a digital package of audio files. I had difficulty downloading them, and wrote to the email where I had purchased. This turned out to be an email that no one read. I went to the website for contact information. They had a ticket support system in place, but you had to register to use it and include lots of unnecessary information just to submit a ticket. I completed the process, but never heard back from them. The following week the same people were promoting more products. I wrote to another email address and still did not hear back from them. I finally called my credit card company and

Aweber Or Kick Start Cart - Which One Is Best For Your Online Business?

If you are doing business online, you will need to be able to stay in touch with people on your list. You cannot do this from any type of personal email account, so the question arises at some point as to which database management system is best.

I have been using Kick Start Cart for two years now, and really have no complaints. I send text emails and their delivery rate is greater than 99%. Another advantage is that my shopping cart is attached, so I can do everything I need at the same time. They also offer digital downloads and an affiliate program.

Aweber is a much simpler system. It is also less expensive. They offer a 30 day free trial and you will know by then if you like their services more. I recommend giving Aweber a try just to be able to compare the two companies.

How To Use Google Adwords

Google Adwords are little tiny classified ads on the top and side of Google's search pages. They come up depending on the keywords you type in. For example, if you type in 'yorkshire terrier training' you will see the paid, or sponsored, ads at the top and along the right-hand side of the page. The other searches that come up are referred to as the organic search results. These are free and must be earned by having a popular blog, website, or other keyword rich content online.

The cost per click, also called PPC, can run anywhere from 1 cent to about fifty dollars. The key is to learn enough about running an Adwords campaign by getting the most sales for the lowest amount of money. Spending time learning this method of online advertising can result in lots of traffic and sales of your online product or service.

Building Your Online Business - A Vending Machine In Cyberspace

If you take the time to set up your online business right, it can quickly and easily develop into a vending machine in the sky. People will be able to find your site through the search engines, your articles, and your blog, and you will be able to do business with next to no human interaction involved at all.

Writing an eBook is a great way to start, but you must make sure to find a targeted niche audience of people who are willing to pay for your information. Many people write an eBook about something they believe people need to know, only to find out later that people buy what they want, not what they need. By taking this extra time to do your research, you will save yourself time and ensure that you are able to find a group of hungry buyers who are anxious to purchase your information.

Systemize the process of selling your information products to these people and your cyberspace vending machine will pay off for years to come. Join me on my free weekly teleseminars to learn more.

Working from home on the Internet - More Benefits

There is a post over at Iowa Biz by Shirley Poertner that discusses problems with employees and employees with problems. This is one of the main reasons that I began working from home two years ago. I was tired of dealing with negative people who were late, did not show up at all, or simply did not care about doing a good job.

Now that I work in the virtual world it is a different story. If someone I am working with has a problem or situation unrelated to our work, I usually do not hear about it. Working online gives people space to deal with family matters, health concerns, and even bad hair days withour affecting others in the workplace. I still enjoy being a team player and comraderie but check the drama at the front door, thank you very much.
