How do you market to people who are still recovering from a disaster, such as the residents of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina? When the electricity is out and the neighborhood has been flattened the only way to reach people is one at a time. It is my guess that the business people who have stayed in New Orleans during the past two years have learned a whole new way to do business with the other residents.
